I have been following the small steps for 3 weeks now and I love it.Its very achievable and easy to follow. I find my self just doing the suggestions Jane emails every day. I am now reading before I go to sleep and have banned the phone from the bedroom , this has made a big difference to my sleep. I am drinking my lemon water every day, and I eat more veggies. The stretches are good too.
For someone who doesn’t respond to big changes all at once this is a very good way of achieving an overall, change for the better. Very happy with Revive with Jane .
