I made the most of Sunday to prepare for a detox mon,tues and wed, to kick off the week with a bang!
I think it was easier to be distracted with work and the recipes were tasty enough to keep me motivated 🙂
I now feel ready for the weekend and found I did’t even miss the alcohol or nasties. As an intermittent faster I had the juice around lunch time which worked well for me. A great sense of completion for me, most challenging was not having my morning coffee.
