Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tamari or Braggs
- 1 large red chilli, finely chopped, deseeded
- 2 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tsp ginger,
- 1 red capsicum sliced
- 1 head of broccoli in pieces
- 1 brown onion diced
- 500g chicken breast.
Instructions
- Mix together – Braggs, chilli, rice vinegar
- Chop chicken into bite size pieces
- Marinate in sauce for at least 1 hour
- Take chicken from sauce and sauté for 5-10 minutes
- Take out of pan and sauté onions, in sauce for 3 minute or until transparent
- Put chicken back in pan with onions, sauce and all vegetables
- Saute for another 3 minutes
- Sprinkle cashews or your favoutie nuts and seeds on top
- Serve with rice or quinoa
