Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup tamari or Braggs
  • 1 large red chilli, finely chopped, deseeded
  • 2 Tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger,
  • 1 red capsicum sliced
  • 1 head of broccoli in pieces
  • 1 brown onion diced
  • 500g chicken breast.

Instructions

  • Mix together – Braggs, chilli, rice vinegar
  • Chop chicken into bite size pieces
  • Marinate in sauce for at least 1 hour
  • Take chicken from sauce and sauté for 5-10 minutes
  • Take out of pan and sauté onions, in sauce for 3 minute or until transparent
  • Put chicken back in pan with onions, sauce and all vegetables
  • Saute for another 3 minutes
  • Sprinkle cashews or your favoutie nuts and seeds on top
  • Serve with rice or quinoa
